Job Description:
One of Des Moines's premiere employer is needing a HR Recruiter
for a long term temp assignment.
Coordinates recruitment activities for assigned departments/units
including developing recruitment plan, sourcing and screening
applicants, interviewing, checking references and making job offer.
Collaborates with hiring manager on selection of most qualified
candidate and salary quotes.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and be extremely
flexible on a daily basis in dealing with issues, projects and
requests as they arise. Ability to work with all levels of the
organization on sensitive and sometimes confidential information
requiring analytical thinking to resolve required We are an equal
