Job Description:

members and help them succeed.The Federal Home Loan Bank of Des
Moines is seeking an Intern for a Training/Marketing Communications
co-op position. This Intern will gain real-world, value-add
experience leading and assisting with a variety of training and
content marketing initiatives, specifically related to website,
instructional videos, content creation and
more.Accountabilities:Responsibilities/Duties/Function/Tasks:
- Collaborate with the Mortgage Relationships Team as well as
business partners to support various projects, specifically
training videos, materials and other training communications.
- Create, edit, and build content for an external audience using
multiple channels including website content and video.
- Develop the stages of content creation including updates,
layout and design.Qualifications:
- Junior, senior or graduate student working toward a degree in
communications or marketing. Experience in content creation,
digital marketing and communications a plus, but not required.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills including planning,
organization, implementation and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, think
critically, take initiative and work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically Word and
PowerPoint.
- Video editing experience.
- Willingness to learn Marketo or other web platforms.
- Design skills a plus but not a requirement.This is a full-time
co-op position that would begin mid-May 2025 and run through
December 2025.Compensation Range:Hourly: $22.00 - $22.00This salary
range represents the Bank's good faith and reasonable estimate of
possible compensation at the time of hire. Offer to be determined
by selected applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills &
abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market
data. This role is also eligible to participate in the Bank's
annual incentive plan. As part of our competitive Total Rewards

for our hybrid work schedule of 3 days per week in office, 2 days
per week work-from-home. We match 100% of the first 6% you
