We would love for you to join our team today!Valley View Village is hiring an experienced RN to join our team as a TCU Nurse Manager. In this role, you will meet with hospital personnel and other healthcare facilities to offer Valley View Village as an option for healthcare. We strive to help our residents experience independence and dignity within a loving community atmosphere. This is a Full-Time salaried position requiring on-call rotation.

• Work with an amazing team with decades of experience!RN, Nurse Manager responsibilities:
  • Completes clinical assessments on prospective residents and day one admission nursing observation assessments.
  • Completes required admission paperwork with new residents and family.
  • Supervises work performed by staff in TCU.
  • Attend and participate in IDT process.
  • Assist residents with adjustment to their new surroundings.
  • Cultivate relationships with discharge planners across different health systems.
  • Track admissions data with follow up.
  • Assist with discharge process.
  • Ensure all admission process and checklist items are completed.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested. RN, Nurse Manager requirements:
    • Must have current RN license.
    • 1+ year experience in skilled nursing required.
    • Previous supervisory experience a plus.
    • Knowledge of local, state and federal guidelines related to long-term care and resident rights.
    • Ability to learn multiple databases.
    • Excellent customer service/people skills.
    • Team player and self-starter.
