Technical Business Analyst
Des Moines, IA - Hybrid - Locals only

REQUIREMENTS:
Involvement in prior technology implementations 5 years
Proficient understanding of the software development lifecycle and related methodologies 5 years
Demonstrated ability to elicit, document and understand business and technical requirements 5 years
Experience testing system against test cases and technical specifications, document results; QA 5 years
Experience preparing test cases and technical specifications; QA 5 years
Proficient in the use of MS Office, MS Visio, Jira 5 years
Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings with technical teams, business stakeholders 5 years
Experience participating in vendor-managed solution development projects 5 years
Proficient at communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical staff at all levels of
responsibility 5 years
Experience in performing Unit Testing, Functional Testing, Usability Testing, System Testing 5 years
Regression Testing, System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) 5 years
Knowledge of business process analysis, techniques, design, and development 5 years
Working knowledge of file transfer protocols, web services and APIs 5 years
Skilled in developing and executing testing strategies, test plans, and test cases 5 years.
