Our client is looking for a Professional Land Surveyor for Ankeny, IA!Starting Pay: $72,000 - $82,000/year (DOE)Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-FridayOccasional work outside of the main hoursDuties:

• Deliver exceptional quality surveys that are on time
• Produce and deliver control, boundary, topography, ALTA, subdivisions, and construction surveying services
• Search legal records, survey records, and land titles to obtain information about property boundaries in areas to be surveyed
• Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, map records, and documents relating to surveysRequirements:
  • Must have professional land surveyor license
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D (preferred), Trimble Access and Microsoft Office
  • Associate degree from a technical or four-year school preferred
  • Five (5) to ten (10) years progressive experience preferred
