Job Description:

A Line Service Technician provides customer service for general aviation aircraft, crews, and passengers. Key duties include operating ground service equipment, providing efficient and excellent service, and collaborating with coworkers and customers.

• Work as part of a team to deliver safe and efficient aircraft services while providing a welcoming atmosphere to customers and other guests
• Collaborate with coworkers, customers, vendors, and aircraft crewmembers to ensure customer service needs are met
• Service aircraft, including fueling, de-icing, lavatory, and ground power services
• Operate ground service equipment such as fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, and stair trucks
• Offer, promote, and deliver general aviation services to crewmembers, customers, and other guests
• Maintain safe, clean, and secure ramps and operations
• Drive a shuttle vehicle with passengers and/or luggage and cargo
• Load and unload luggage and other cargo into/out of aircraft and from/into the FBO or other location
• Fuel handling, including fuel quality control and maintaining accurate documentation
• Provide professional and friendly customer service while exhibiting a positive attitude
• Understand and enforce operational, safety, and customer service requirements
• Create accurate records pertaining to time worked and activities and services performedRequirements include a high school diploma or general education degree, a valid state driver's license, and ability to pass background checks and background security badge checks. The ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is also required.
